Belgian Military Uniforms - The SSC Consortium (, Seyntex, Crye Precision™) has been selected to supply the "Belgian Defense Clothing System" (B.D.C.S.) to the Belgian Army. Over the next 15 years, the SSC will provide our soldiers with new clothing and operational equipment with a total budget of 410 million euros.
Seyntex has also previously collaborated on the Advanced Military Operations System (VOSS) for the Dutch Defense. In this case, they entered into an alliance with Crye Precision™, which is the main supplier of various special forces within NATO including the Belgian Special Forces.

The proposed clothes for work have several layers (multilayers) where all the clothes match and combine. In this way, complete and proper protection can be ensured for both male and female soldiers. With this new machine, the new camouflage Multicam® is also introduced.

During the contract period, the basic package will be supplemented with additional clothing and accessories for a complete integrated clothing system, including wool-based underwear, overcoat, CBRN (Chemical, Bacteriological, Radioactive, Nuclear) equipment, ballistic protection (load vests/hats ), backpacks, etc.
The range also includes clothing items designed specifically for women. Furthermore, a sustainable solution was chosen. Chemical and membrane terminations are avoided if possible. There is also an agreement to collect used clothes, process them in an ecological way and give them a second life.
According to Colonel Geert Bouchez, “The uniform gives strength to our army and the new BDCS uniform system helps with this. The new look and feel, both in pattern and quality, contributes to the well-being and motivation of our workers who must do their work in a comfortable and protected manner in all (weather) conditions."
